Report on March Meeting

   Ya...it was that kinda evening except that no one danced a macarena on the table. Dianne has been known to do that, but it was on a campus far, far away and in a galaxy a long time ago.

   Somehow we wound our way to El Mariachi in what was a former dorm for STU.  It gave off the vibe of a former cafeteria because it was.  That gave us lots of elbow room.

  Gary started the festivities by welcoming all, and introduced a new member, Barry Grant. Barry comes complete with a buncha fun cars in various states and we'll be working on him to arrange a garage tour soon.

• This weekend starts the season with a run to Dumfries for pancakes. Details are in the previous post.
• John D. (not Delorean) is planning a run to Saint John (are ya reading this Ralph?) on the 12th of April.

There's more runs in the planning stage....

• Cape Breton June 12-14th,
• Pei July 30th to the 3rd of August,
• Phil mentioned a trip to Mossport on the 15th of June (see mowoguniversity.com)
• The Wednesday evening car shows along the riverfront will start up in May.

  Everyone agreed that like Namaste last month, El Mariachi was excellent with a capitol "Yum!". We'll be eating there again.

  The next meeting will be at one of our old favourites, Dimitri's.
