A) Gather at Tim's on the Exhibition grounds, Smythe St. and leave around 2:00 PM via Dundonald St. (East) to Lincoln Rd. and Rt. 102 to Grand Bay area. Take Rt. 177 to Martinon, turn left on to Westfield Road, then left on to Manawagonish Rd. to Main St. Cross Reversing Falls Bridge to Douglas Ave. 60/80 Homeport B/B
B) 1st. rest stop-- Coytown Shell Service Station, Rt 102
2nd rest stop-- Brundage Point Tourist Bureau, Rt 177

If it ever stops raining...
UPDATE from webmaster David: It stopped raining. The Morgan and an MGTD are going to be there. Let's get the LBC in a row!The Thursday evening car get-together down at the river by the Queen St Legion is now back!
After languishing up in a hot and boring parking lot for two years, calmer heads have seen the light and brought it back to the waterfront.

Latest Details on next Sunday's Miramichi Run
Please Note: This run has been postponed due to weather forecast. If a miracle happens, check this site again for updates.
The long range weather is looking good for our Miramichi Run Sunday June 6th.
Meet at Cannonʼs Cross for 10:00 am departure, to Minto and Gaspereau Forks Rte 123 to Doaktown, then Rte 8 to Boiestown to visit the Woodsmenʼs Museum and enjoy a Picnic Lunch.
Route 8 back to Fredericton. There will be a few P&T stops along the way. Remember to bring digital cameras for some en route fun and a small challenge.

A little Automobile Show for Pine Grove Father's Day Event
A year ago, four of our members responded to this request -- perhaps we can do it again this year:
Pine Grove Nursing Home would like their male residents to celebrate Fathers Day Weekend on Friday 18 June between 10.30 and 11.00 am by seeing a display of 4-5 British sports cars. Would you be willing to attend, and suggest a couple of other retired FABACians to join us? A willingness to chat about the respective cars and maybe provide some sound effects would be good!
The display would be outside the Pine Grove front entrance, subject to fine weather, with the residents in wheelchairs accompanied by nursing home staff. If you would like to participate please leave a comment or email me.

Report on the "Too-Nice-A-Day-to-Miss" Run
Four FABACian vehicles rallied to the call for a drive in our British classic cars on this Sunday May 29 'too-nice-a-day-to-miss run' to Stanley.
Enjoying the top-down drive were the Nielsens (Triumph TR6), the Crumleys (MGB), the Bowles (MGB) and Dwight B. (MGB). The route took the group to the Mactaquac Dam, Keswick Ridge, Burtts Corner and the rolling hills into Stanley.
In Stanley, Pam's wonderful cafe beckoned and a nice lunch was enjoyed by all. Outside the cafe, several motorcycles were parked including two Honda GoldWing touring bikes. Good though they looked, the group agreed that they weren't as good as our LBCs!
On the return route along the Nashwaak back to Fredericton, a few drops of rain threatened to spoil the fun. But then the weather cleared and the group agreed it was all worth while. The group also agreed that
more FABAC members need to take advantage of these special days.

As was suggested at our last meeting, if you awake to a beautiful day and wonder what to do with it, check your email or our website to see if anyone has suggested another "too-nice-a-day-to-miss" run. If no one has, email me with your suggestion and it will be posted quickly. All we need is a time and a meeting place. The group that gathers can decide from there.

A "Too-Nice-A-Day to Miss" Run
It was suggested at our last meeting that whenever someone thought we should quickly organize a run to take advantage of a beautiful day, they should contact me and we would go for it. So, Sunday promises to be beautiful after morning showers dissapate, so let's meet at:
