Could be a 1930s MG Midget or an early Riley.Dont think its Austin 7 based as the chassis doesn't look right.

Guess I really didn't show a lot of confidence. :~) I knew it wasn't a Midget as they had a split windshield. It's a Nippy, perhaps 1934-36.

Well done, Phil. A Nippy it is. Later half of the 1930s I believe so you are correct.
