Thirty two (or more depending on who did the counting) folks took over the Diamond House Chinese restaurant in Oromocto on Wednesday evening. We may have to stick to larger places in the future as we barely fit. It was a noisy bunch who all but shouted Jim down when he tried to take the floor and he had to wait until food orders had been taken. As the driving season is on its last legs there wasn't much to report. The run on Sunday was a huge success but then everybody already knew that. Jim relayed news on the Christmas party. It will be on the 10th of December at the Woodford's. That's the TENTH. Chisel it into your kitchen cupboards now so that you'll be reminded every time you reach for a glass.
Gary introduced new members Rhonda Thomas and Danny Copp with their Miata. They have threatened to get their '72 Mini on the road and were offered the services of FATCAPK (FABAC Traveling Circus & Pit Crew). They've already attended a few gatherings and aren't really all that new but it was a chance to formally recognize them.
Kelvin dropped by long enough to report that the first outing of FATCAPK was a success. The Westfield started first turn of the key with perfect oil pressure and no leaks. This means we've been anointed and are now a serious threat.
The next meeting will be held at Dimitri's Greek restaurant in the Tannery.

Hey Bob,
I like your new acronym! Nice that Kelvin has his Westie OTR. But beware as LBC's have a sneaky way of leaking when you least expect it. Just ask Joe H. He buys Kitty Litter.
