"OUR" Catharine Pendrel takes Bronze at Rio Olympics!
FABAC members are ecstatic that Catharine had this wonderful win at Rio. We can only imagine how her parents, Bruce and Johanna must feel. I'm sure they will gives us a full report at our next meeting. Older members remember meeting Catherine a few years ago and being so impressed with her skills and determination.

Well, Johanna and Bruce, she DID it!!! Wow! This was my favourite news item of all the Rio Olympics. Please pass on our sincere congratulations to Catharine. I'll be very interested in hearing your story re travel and Rio experience.

Thank you Phil. Sorry to miss the next meeting. Lots of adventures were had in Rio and then Peru where Bruce and I hiked and camped the Inca Trail.
