Holiday Party charitable donations

Greetings:

At the last meeting it was decided to make donations to the Multicultural Association of Fredericton, in recognition of their excellent work in assisting Syrian refugees.

Susan Butterfield will collect the money at the Holiday Party on December 14th and take it to the Association.

Cheques to the ‘Charitable Education Fund for Newcomers' will receive a tax receipt for donations of $20 or more.

The Charitable Education Fund for Newcomers assists newcomers, including Syrian refugees to participate in diverse educational activities such as: newcomer scholarships for post-secondary education, homework clubs, subsidies for children & youth summer camps and educational programs.
