That car belongs to Dale Knapke, a friend who I used to hang out with at the British v8 meets in the US each year. I watched him stuff that car into the wall at O'Reilly Raceway Park in Indianapolis at our meet in the summer of 2010. Over two years he totally rebuilt that car, adding four inches to the wheelbase ahead of the firewall and four inches to the hood as well for better handling on the drag strip and to meet NHRA rules for the speeds he was running. It's a Ford 2.3LSVO 4 cylinder with a turbo running some impressive boost pressures on the racetrack. Phil
