Looking for a specific tire
Looking for a Michelin ZXZ radial tire size 165SR15. This tire was manufactured from 1996 to approximately 2010. If anyone has one by chance (collecting dust) with at least 80% tread wear left and willing to sell it, could you give me a call. A friend has 3 and needs a good 4th to complete a set for his LBC.

A little cry for help...
Hi folks,
Joe H has asked for a couple of folks to help 'massage' (bring a large hammer?) his doors and trim tomorrow (Monday the 24th).
We don't need a large work party, just a coupla folks. We intend on starting early this time. I'll be there just after 8:00AM meaning Joe had better have the tea kettle on. We'll probably go out for lunch.

Notes from the FABAC March Meeting
Dear Gary,
What where you thinking? Going away and letting us run a meeting on our own. It was mayhem. Thankfully Jim B. took control and ran through the shortest business meeting on record. He simply TOLD folks what to do and it looks like that's what's going to happen. John B.was ordered to arrange the sugar bush run for sometime in April. Dwight B. made a public service announcement on behalf of the Kiwanas and Robert & Rita (nicely tanned by the way) gave a report on winter in Mexico (warmer than here). Kelvin P. also gave a short report on fund raising for the fall's pig roast meet. It was decided to hold the next meeting a Brewbaker's with Sandra being ordered to arrange it.
At that point John B. challenged the group with another of his car quizzes. For once Kelvin or Joe did NOT win as Kelvin was given a substantial handicap and Joe wasn't there.
Folks hung around and languished over dinner and coffee for some time allowing a good deal of socializing.

I was looking through a couple of comments where I had posted photos of some cars on the beach in Florida. Paul B said that he “used to salivate” over Marcos cars as a teenager. When I as a teen I was more into salivating over cars like the Ferrari 250GTO, AC Cobra, Ford GT40 and Lola GT6 and don’t think I noticed the Marcos until I got involved with British cars a few years later.
Anyway, if you want to post these for Paul’s viewing pleasure (and perhaps others), here are a few Marcos photos taken at the Virginia Int’l Raceway Gold Cup Vintage Races several years ago. I spent a weekend there and saw some fantastic racing, got to stroll around the pits, toured several race and restoration shops in the Raleigh/Durham area and took hundreds of photos.

FABAC March Meeting (Please note change in plans)
I received a call from Jim W. who will be on a business trip out of country, so will not be able to return in time for Sat. March 15th – St Patrick’s Party.I have booked our regular meeting March 19th at McGinnis Landing in the Library Room for 6:00 PM.

Today's work session report...
A surprisingly sizable crowd arrived at Joe's Garage this morning expecting to be put to work. We where not disappointed as Joe gave everyone a screwdriver with instructions to 'fettle' the car. Fettle we did and somehow the doors were installed, much chrome trim was glued into place, a small interior nik-nak was magically screwed into it's proper position (the installee is still awaiting his prize by the way) and no one drew blood. We forgave Joe for the sorry and unorganized state of his tool box after he produced beer and pizza. The pace of work slowed down considerably after lunch but we weren't in a hurry anyway. Despite spending a good deal of time on our hands and knees looking for Joe's nuts, we got a lot done. If it ever stops snowing and warms up, Joe's Jag will be on the road this spring.
