And what's your winter project?

A cracked valve will be replaced during a full engine rebuild.  Is anyone else ankle deep in
car parts?

The new water pump and alternator are now installed and am about to install a voltmeter. I might install a new hi-torque starter I have but it's not a "must do".

My MGA trailer project is progressing at a fantastic speed now that I have a warm space to work and nothing in the shop. No reason other than laziness I should not have it paint ready in a few weeks. Anybody out there done their own automotive painting? Last car I painted was in university around 1979 and I did it with a brush and a can of house paint. turned out rather well I thought.

Hey Joe!....you out there? Ralph needs us to paint his car. Could be fun...or a huge mess.

I've got to pull the transmission to repair a leaky hydraulic throwout bearing and at the same time replace the tailshaft seal for the driveshaft slip yoke.
There are also some electrical gremlins (thank you Lucas!) to chase down and the installation of an air/fuel ration gauge
Ralph,I'm available help with your trailer......turning a wrench, block sanding, taping, prep etc. Would be interested in seeing it.
