Today Sandi and I visited Alex. He is not in very good shape. He is quite weak and experiencing significant pain. Nevertheless, he was pleased to see us, and is quite lucid. He seemed to tire easily so we only stayed for a short period. He still seems to welcome visitors and takes a keen interest in FABAC happenings.

Bruce and I had a great visit with Alex today. Bob Earle joined us, and it became quite raucous. Lots of cheeky stories, most of them from Alex.
