POSTPONED DUE TO EXTREME HEAT FORECAST
Hi all
Up to Par restaurant is closed on Monday so I recommend the Red Brick in Hampton for Monday.
Start at Ramada at 10:00 and travel thru Cambridge Narrows to Belleisle Bay and meet us at the Belleisle Community Centre where John can lead the group into Hampton to the Red Brick Restaurant. Weather looks good so far.

Cancelled due to extreme heat
You sissy-maries! I peddled 119 kms in that heat, including going up Keswick hill.

I know not who wrote this comment as they didn't sign their name.
However, whoever cancelled this run probably did so for the good of the group.
You who wrote this are fortunate to not have a health problem that is exacerbated by the heat.
