Minutes of the March Monthly Meeting

 Despite a boisterous group, Chairperson Jim B called our meeting to order at approx 6 pm.

• Our always (usually) dependable recording secretary Bob E was again absent and missed.
• Barb and President Gary are vacationing in Florida.
• Shirley Ann gave an encouraging update on John B’s progress. He is currently re-building his    strength and looking forward to his hospital release.
• Johanna provided an update on the sugar bush outing.
• Next up was Sandi, encouraging everyone to plan for the Windsor, NS event. Larry was noticeably absent, probably planning for the Windsor weekend.
• The April monthly meeting will be combined with the St. George’s event at Kelvin’s. That event will kick off with a combined car rally and poker run. More info to follow.
• Joe H mentioned that he might miss the May meeting. He hopes to visit the grand children and continue with his son’s basement renovations.

Our meals were served thus the meeting ended abruptly! All twenty three of us started eating.
Did everyone notice the number of brown bags (take out I hope) being picked up at the counter?
