Meeting Notes from Thursday, July 16

(This report is brought to you courtesy of a pizza box from Papa Giorgio's Pizzeria in Lincoln)

A whole pile of us gathered in Carleton Park for the second COVID friendly meeting for the month of July.  We must desperately need to get out with others as our get-togethers are getting larger every meetup.
Gary opened with a brief recap of the last two outings.
  • The lobster run to Lorneville and the breakfast technical visit to Johanna & Bruce's new solar and heat pump installation.
  • The Weekly breakfast meetups in Odell Park continue to be a BIG hit with ever increasing numbers showing up.  Some folks show up even when there isn't a meet up due to weather (or the threat of weather).
  • Rita & Robert's cabin visit on Grand Lake will take place in the afternoon of the 19th of August.  Due to the %$&*() virus we can't have our usual pot luck.  Attendees will bring their own lunch and no sharing allowed.
  • Johanna mentioned her cancer fundraising bike-a-thon.
  • Carol & John were roped into organizing a trip to Mactaquac Park with lunch at MOCO Kitchen at Mactaquac.  Watch for news here soon.
