Here's a sight I've seen many a time. It's aJaguar XK motor seen from the front and upside down. on the right is the transmission and I'll just bet they belong to Joe Hine's Series two he's rumoured to have bought. That would make it a 4.2 litre. Bob E.
We should have disqualified you before even thinking of putting this on the web. There is not a part of an E-Type that you haven't seen before. Good man!
Ah, but I thought Bob did a good job covering both--it is the 4.2 litre engine from an XKE, and I he at least intimated the "we should care" part by indicating that it belongs to one of our own members who has just begun a restoration of the E-type he recently acquired.
