Someday I plan to make a Bimini sun top for my SS like this one for hot days:
Until then, I’ve tried this with my regular top by folding under the rear window. It works! Sun is kept off and wonderful flow of air. No apparent stresses or rubbing. The rear window doesn’t actually touch anything. All seems fine. And cool.
