When I bought Kelvin's Westfield, it came with a partially completed bonnet in aluminum. I have fitted it, and was wondering how I would finish it. I decided to be brave and try a Union Jack. It looks good from a few feet, but there are some defects like bleed under the tape lines. (I didn’t have any good fine line tape). I also had a couple of places where the paint has crinkled, probably from contamination. Once it is good and dry I’m going to try a light wet sand and a polish.

It's looking quite good Joe. A Westfield stands out anywhere, a Westfield with that hood will REALLY stand out.
