One of the items that came up at our last meeting but was not thoroughly discussed was Bob and Ann MacNally's proposal for a run to Woodstock with a restaurant stop at the new eatery, "The River". They initially proposed June 14th for the run but that was the date we had scheduled for a trip to St Andrews. We agreed to hold the Woodstock run in reserve as we already 2 runs for June....St. Andrews June 14th run and the Foreign Auto Show and Shine in Dieppe on Saturday June 21st. Details on both these runs will follow soon. Bob and Ann are looking into an alternative date for the Woodstock run and hopefully we can decide on a date at our next FABAC meeting. I know the Woodstock run will be a wonderful adventure and it's way past due to visit there as a group again. Thanks to both Bob and Ann for the proposal and the detailed planning they put into it.
On another note, a proposal that was passed along to me by Larry and Sandi but one I did not get to mention was an invite to bring and show our cars at the upcoming Stanley Fair this August. The fair organizers are anxious to have FABAC attend. I think this is a wonderful opportunity to show our cars and also to continue our near annual tradition of visiting the village. The fair is
Aug 16th, 17th and 18th Aug 15th, 16th and 17th.
The organizers need to know if we are interested by next early week in time for their scheduled planning meeting. They need a specific date and a count of cars attending. If you are interested, please respond to the website. To start the ball rolling, I will be attending and hope that many others will as well. This could become an annual event for us and what a better way to show our cars than in a well established and fun event as the Stanley Fair.

Which day were we thinking about or which day would they like us.Also those dates are Sat,Sun,and Mon,is that correct or should it be Fri,Sat,Sun,15-16-17.

The last time we went, several years ago, we parked where we could find a spot, had breakfast (wonderful) as a group and left sometime after. Does the organizing committee envision our cars remaining in place for the day? David R.
