Saint John and Kingston Peninsula Tour via Ferries - Report

As can be seen from John's photos, we had a great day. While it started off with grey skies and occasional showers, we soon hit improving weather with some great country roads that I have either not been on in some time or have never been on. Leave it to John to find the most interesting and scenic routes. We too were glad to have one of our newest members, Cameron D., join us with his beautiful Mazda MX5.

We had a great time at Lily's Cafe in Saint John and again the weather was just perfect for the day. After having wonderful meals and a very much relaxed lunch we hit the roads again. This time travelling through Rothesay and Quispamsis before starting our 3 ferry crossings beginning at Gondola Point to the Kingston Peninsula. From there we travelled some pretty darn good sports car roads through some of the most scenic roads, I think, in the province.

Once again, John picked a wonderful tour route, it turned out to be a gorgeous day, we had a great lunch with wonderful friends and travelled some beautiful areas of N.B. What better way to spend Canada Day.

Thank-you John for yet another great tour. Much appreciated.

Best,
Gary
